For example, in my case, having had a corneal transplant, I've personally chosen to limit my wear time to 10-13 hours to preserve my transplant health. This is based on my own experience and what works best for my eyes, not a universal rule. Your eye doctor will recommend a specific wear schedule based on your unique eye condition, the health of your cornea, and how your eyes respond to the lenses.
